Who these terms are between
These terms are between you and CMA Aviation Solutions, LLC ("CMA Aviation", "we"), the publisher of the DigitalDrive app. By signing in, you agree to them.
You use DigitalDrive because an operator, such as your employer, gave you an account. Your agreement with that operator also applies. Where the two differ about your work, the operator's agreement decides.
Your account
- Keep your password to yourself. Do not let anyone else sign in as you.
- Tell the operator straight away if you think someone else used your account.
- The operator can close your account at any time.
Using the app
- Use DigitalDrive only for the operator's work.
- Record checks, times, faults and accidents truthfully.
- Do not try to reach data that is not yours, or to disrupt the service.
Safety comes first
Do not use the app while the vehicle is moving. Stop safely first. The app never replaces the law, your training or the operator's safety rules.
Location
While you drive a trip, the app sends the vehicle's position to the operator, including in the background. The Privacy Policy says what is collected and who receives it.
The service
- We work to keep DigitalDrive available, but we cannot promise it will never be down or never lose a connection.
- We may change or improve the app. Some updates are needed to keep using it.
- The app and its content belong to CMA Aviation and its licensors. You may use the app; you may not copy, sell or take it apart.
Liability
As far as the law allows, DigitalDrive is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect loss, or for loss caused by using the app while driving. Nothing in these terms limits a right the law gives you that cannot be limited.
App stores
These terms are between you and CMA Aviation, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google have no duty to support the app. Apple and its subsidiaries may enforce these terms as third-party beneficiaries.
Changes
When these terms change, we update the date at the top of this page. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
